Their is this girl at work that I have liked for a couple months now. We have both talked for a little and flirted with each other, we both have had some good laughs. I get the idea that she likes me, but I do not know if she does? I need some advice.

Well you can tell if she likes you if she smiles a lot, maybe she tries to act funny around you. See if she acts differently around you then how she acts around other guys.
also if you have each others numbers, she might text you or call you "just to talk". That's always a good sign.
