Any clue as to what is going on with this guy? Me and a guy friend have grown significantly closer in the past two months. We've gone out to breakfast, dinner and a movie, and he pays for me every time. We talk a lot when he's home (which is rarely) and text when he's working. He works ALL the time. Aside from me, the only people he hangs out with are the people he works with. Lately all he does (aside from work) is party & get drunk with his coworkers. (he's 19, works in retail. ) However, it seems that lately he'd rather get drunk than hang out with me. He blew off this past weekend's plans to go to the city together. Which was his idea in the first place. Because he figured he'd have a hangover that day. I told him a bunch of times to call me or text me that day if he didn't want to hang out, but he never did. He waited for me to tell HIM that we shouldnt hang out and that he should recover.

It really seemed that he liked me. Is he avoiding commitment or what? I have no clue as to what's going on haha.

You shouldn't take it negatively, instead you should get drunk with your boyfriend so he can enjoy time spent with you and starts spending more and more time with you.
