What types of things make men seem masculine to women?

For me its a combination of looks & personality. I love the look of man who doesn't shave for a day or two, anything more then that its just nasty. I guess the facial hair kinda separates them from boys & men. Also the traditional gentleman date rules. Where the guy picks her up & pays for dinner on the 1st date. I also love when he's leading her somewhere, allows the lady to go first, while his hand is placed at her back. A well fitted suit that shows off his broad shoulders along with the confident walk, as he stands tall beside me. The biggest one is respect for the girl he's with, that he communicating with the girl verbally & through body language.

Having a guy that is not petty about his food is great so I could make him any kind of meal and he would take it like a man. (^. ^) Toilet seat, scratching butt, and scratching anyway below his belt is really just nasty and unattractive in general. When a guy is taller and broader than me and he stands next to me, upright and firm. It makes me feel as if I'm safe and comfortable. When a guy like that is around I feel at ease. I've never considered computers or cars as being attractive but on the other hand, I don't know any guy that can work on them either.

Working on a car or computer is just plain sexy! well I would say being more assertive makes him more manly and I like that cause assertive men are more fun to flirt with. So just be assertive when you flirt but don't over do it cause you might scare her away and when I mean be more assertive when you flirt with her: pick her up and carry her around and show her how strong you are and play around with her and tease her, be assertive but remember don't over do it till the point she feels uncomfortable.hope I helped.

What makes a man A man or masculine - same thing to me! Working on cars - they do look sexy! Computers, electronics - nice, knows his stuff, working out not really a sucker for that - I mean if he's working out - he's working out - no attraction there (for me)! Eating - he's just eating - if he's eating a salad it looks to me as if he's trying to watch what he eats or he's a health freak. Ok kidding but not really a sucker for that either! Eating a burger ok so he knows how to get down and dirty! Ok all of these three put together is just plain disgusting - scratching his butt, adjusting his manhood or leaving the toilet seat up - irritation definitely, sexinesses - I just don't see it - I'm sorry what's so sexy about that! He's adjusting his manhood - I feel like telling the guy off especially if he does that in front of me! Leaving the toilet seat up - hello there's a girl in the house - you can at least have the decency to put it back down and last but not least scratching his butt - what are you a monkey - even a monkey has manners by the way it looks so much cuter on a monkey, when a monkey scratches his butt! Standing up straight - he has confidence and especially that walk - that whole posture standing straight walk - shows that he's confident, he know what he wants and how to get it, he's not afraid of anything, and nothing will try to stop him in his way of getting it - especially if he's wearing a suit - even if its the cheapest suit alive - it will still make him look confident in himself and also clean - I really don't know its just such a turn on when a man wears a suit - he looks clean I can't really say it any other way! Sweating - one word - yeeeaaahhh! Being assertive - he's aggressive, he's stubborn and he always wants to be right - its just annoying - there are greater minds out there - give the girl a break! Sorry but in my opinion there's just nothing that makes a man irritating yet sexy - men are men and women love them - sometimes cause of their looks and sometimes for his brain but me I love a geek - actually a sexy geek! But you know you forgot to put one other question - would it make him sexy if he knows how to respect a woman - now that would top all the rest - if a man knows how to respect a woman, if he knows how to treat her right and shower her with love not diamonds ladies cause those are overrated but love now that's what will make me say THATS MY MAN!

Some things that make a man seem masculine in an attractive way to me:

Knows what he wants/decisive
A gentleman who opens doors for you and pays for things
Takes the initiative in things like asking a girl out or making the first move
Hard working
Has a lot of self control
Intelligent and knows how to fix things
Will go out of his way to help a female with things like changing a tire or working on her computer or helping her carry heavy things or whatever
Protective and looks out for the woman he is with
Walks and talks confidently with people, shakes hands, stands up straight
Keeps his body in good condition/works out
Acts respectful around women


None of this leaving the toilet seat up or scratching himself. LOL

Let me first tell you, a man that scratches his butt, adjusts his manhood, or leaves the toilet seat up is not masculine. That's just slobbish.

Working on cars and knowing how to work electronics is not necessarily masculine, but definitely handy. =)

I would say things that make a guy masculine are things like working out and having a lot of endurance. I dated a guy that played every sport in the world and could play from 9am to 9pm straight and I think that's so hot.

Well, I love to see a man walking with confidence especially when he wears a suit, he looks like a REAL man and he looks good. Hey, some women crave for men to be in suits.
Not all men know how to work on the computer, I'm a computer geek, I'm telling you I love em. So it doesn't really matter these days for men or women.
what makes a man look masculine to me is the way his face is shaped at times, when he looks serious (makes him look sexy) I don't know why!
