Teddy Bears, and Babies are cute - not a woman a man is attracted to - "hawt" and "the most beautiful" are the words you want here .

Also, its considered low-brow to hit on a girl at work - it can also get a guy written up, or worse yet, fired - if you like this guy, and you can only see him on the job, you'll need to be a little direct .

Ask him if he wants to get together sometimes after work - or, just give him your number and say, we should get together sometime .

Or my personal favorite, kiss him on the cheek while putting your number in his hand when no one is looking - then run away to where the other co-workers are .

Well guys don't always show girls that they think are cute . Only in the last couple years have I started to be more honest with girls and more upfront . There are many guys who are shy, and really don't know how to really tell a girl that he's interested . Many guys are afraid of rejection, so they just don't say anything at all . But never be afraid to be direct with a guy . If you are up front with a guy, and tell him that you think he's cute, and he can't say the same thing, then chances are, he doesn't think that . Usually even a shy guy will tell you that he thinks you're cute if you tell him that he's cute .
