Be yourself. If he fell in love with you for who you are, then I am pretty sure his parents will see what he saw in you and like you too. As for what you should do, well wing it you will find out that once your there on that date all you will really want to do is just be with him anyways. :)

A day at the beach or pool , then a casual place for dinner, then for a walk on the beach to look at the stars. Then the hot tub back at my place.
I wear a little summer dress and you wear ripped jeans and a nice shirt.
Falling asleep talking and watching a movie.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
