My boyfriend is really not much of the physical type. We rarely kiss, the most we really do is hug once at the end of school. I wish he would hug me from behind and hold my hand, and just randomly kiss me when its unexpected! How do I get him to do this?
Tell him exactly what you told us. For guys, that sort of behavior doesn't come naturally, especially at his age. It's a skill that will get better with time and experience, but for now, he may take a bit of prodding. Just remember that he can't read your mind--tell him what you want and he'll start to understand.
It doesn't seem like he is very interested in you,or he could just be a really shy guy. If that's the case. Then try doing to him the things you want him to do to you. If he is still really interested in you he will likely return the favor.

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
On a first date we go and grab a coffee in a shop and talk about stuff we like, and then based upon mutual interests plan an outing then and there. Clothing should be normal, plain enough for every day to set a standard of how things are. Plus, whatever you go out and do, you should be willing to do it in those clothes, so suede isn't the best if you say you're going to the zoo.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
She'll know what I like, what I'm like, and get an idea of how well I get her.
