I would never kiss anyone (a girl) that I wasn't attracted to. Whoopi Goldberg could be a really nice person, but that wouldn't be enough for me to have a romantic relationship with her. My girl has to have the hots for me (which you know that she would) and I would have to have the hots for her.

You can still be attracted to someone in a sexless relationship and you can have a sexual relationship with someone you your not attracted to but no I don't think you can have a romantic relationship with someone you're not attracted to.
Of course you can have a romantic relationship without having sex. The real question is how long would one of those relationships last? And that depends on how important sex is in a relationship for the individual. I for one will not get into a sexless relationship.
Physical attraction is necessary however sex is not necessary. In fact sexual drive is a thing that needs to be dealt with in a proper way in a non marital relationship
I really don't think that it is possible to love someone and not be attracted to them. Well I guess after something has fizzled out. But in terms of getting into a relationship, there WILL definitely have to be a part of you that is attracted to the other person in order for them to do that.
