Of course she likes you, she laugh at every stupid thing you do. , if she didn't like you she would just go " what a loser" And if she looks at you a lot while you look at her, and if she smile's, then it's a sure thing.
She very well might. The only thing is staring could mean you have something on your face and won't tell you that type of thing. Staring while you walk might mean she thinks you have a cute butt. It depends. If she looks at you with interest she probably does like you. As far as the laughing thing, that definitely sounds like she likes you. I personally wouldn't call this behavior flirting. It sounds like when you like someone and get really embarrassed and do stupid things when around that person.
