So there is this senior guy in one of my classes (im a junior). We've known each other since the beginning of this school year but started talking, IMing, and facebooking a lot. One day his fb status was about a disney character so I asked him about it and he explained its presence and I was like oh yeah, I've actually never seen that movie. And he was like OMG! We should sooo watch it! So then the next day we were talking about it and he said he was too busy but that was because a classmate invited herself along lol. Then we were talking about it a few days later online and then we scheduled something. I'm going to his house and were watching the movie. I don't know what his expectations, intentions etc really are. If you were a single 19 year old guy watching a movie alone with a single 16 year old girl what would you expect/do? I just wanna make sure I know-ish. And would you consider that a date?

It takes some guts, but I'd ask him what his intentions are if you have any question about his integrity at all. actually, check that... if you have any question about his integrity, then don't go. if you're unsure about the situation, then ask him.

you can also suggest that you watch the movie at your house when your parents are there. definitely run it by your mom and/or dad and/or older siblings, because they're closer to the situation than we are. if there's any question about anything at all, just rent the movie and watch it with some of your girl friends or have a group movie night at your place or something.

I've heard a lot of shady stories happen in situations like that, and with you being young, you definitely need to guard your heart so that you don't have baggage/scars to deal with. in the end, it may just not be worth the risk or confusion...

just curious... what was the movie?

That just means he wants to have sex. He could have asked you to go out to the movies. But he wanted to keep you at his house. YOU KNOW WHY! I don't consider that a date, and if you go he will expect you to have sex with him. What kind of intentions does this guy have if this is the fist place he asks you to go? Not a relationship I can tell you that!

My grandfather always said don't go over a guys house unless your expecting something to happen. Because usually they are. I'm not trying to say that this dude doesn't truly like you or doesn't think your cool. But y is it that the first time you 2 hang out it has to be at his house? Y can't it be in public? Unless that girl is really ''annoying'' why couldn't see join you 2? I mean if he had good intentions and all. Just b real cautious of this dude.

Well if you don't know what to expect, expect anything to happen. Since he was with another girl the other day, whether or not his story is true, don't act like a couple when you go to his house. You know, no kissing and cuddling because he could just be building up to something. Because you're three years older while "age is just a number" that doesn't apply here since you're both in high school and he's a 19 year old boy I'm pretty sure he's gotta be looking for some action. It's cute that he was excited to want to hang out with you but with a lot of guys you just never know what they want. Don't let yourself be taken advantage of when the cards are in your hand is what I'm trying to say.

Guys: Do you really fall in love with a girl?
lvrgirl2011 asked Yesterday

Yes, I've been in love.

No, I've never been in love.

I'm scared to love someone.

LOVE is an over-used word that doesn't have meaning.
