How do you ask someone out?

"Hey do you wanna hang out sometime? " if she says "Yeah sure" you can say a date "how 'bout tomorrow afternoon? " And add an activity: going out for a coffee or just a drink, go bowling, to the park, go have an ice cream, whatever you have in mind. If she says no, you just say something like "Alright, maybe another time then" or "Alright, no problem". Just casual. But don't let the chance of rejection stop you from asking, because if I guy would ask me to hang out, I would give it a go, even if I'm not interested in having a relationship, we could still become friends.

I wouldn't ask her on a "date", but rather to "hang out". It takes the pressure off of you and the person that you're asking out. She will understand what you mean without you having to spell it out for her. You'll know immediately if she says "I don't know about that day..." and acts vague that she isn't into you.

But certain other things will tell you right away that she is into you (like she doesn't hesitate to say "yes", smiles, makes direct eye contact with you). You should ask her when she is alone, away from friends or other distractions... and be really casual about it; chicks dig confidence! Lol!
If rejected: Think about the fact that it wasn't "meant to be" and it's great that she isn't wasting your time! The rejections that you endure will make that special someone all the more special!

It varies, based on environment. The easiest way to approach things is as part of a conversation you're already having,and in most situations you'll have some help; the conversation will offer at least a few hooks for asking the girl out.

Ask her to hang out, and if she's someone that you've had little contact with (acting odd around her because you like her) you can make it lighter on the both of you by asking her along to some group activity you were already planning.

For instance, you might ask her "(Name of nearby friend) and I were going to go to (random event), on (date), would (you/you and (name of her nearby friend)) care to join us?"

Rejection? Unless there's a reason for it that leads you to suggest alternatives ("I'm busy Thursday night") I'd say "All right, then, maybe another time." then shrug it off and continue the conversation. After that, regenerit's answer is pretty good. :)

Well, before I ask a girl out in school, I make sure that I've at least spoken to her once beforehand, makes it easier.

I just psyche my self up and go for it. There is no trick, the exact words will find their way out of your mouth. And if they don't you will look cute...
If the girl likes you to any degree, then she will accept your offer. If she doesn't then it doesn't matter how badly your asking goes, she will still say no.

The hardest thing to do, is building up the confidence and poise to walk over to her and begin the conversation that will end or almost end with you asking her out.

Have faith in yourself, and the girl will see your confidence.

If you get rejected, then go home, jump into your bed, roll up into a little ball and cry. J/k, what you need to do is get over that rejection and find someone else. Remember that there are 6 Billion people in the world. More than half of those are women. If your in the You. S. Its 150,000,000 women out there. A couple hundred will be in your high school, its just a matter of coming after all of the ones you are attracted to.
