How can that be slutty? Its not. Its normal. Ur hot and need to cool down. Ur mostly covered and nothing bad is showing so what's wrong with it. some people should really lighten up. Go to Europe for a year and see what's its like over there. No one cares. Lol
That outfit would be fine to wear. In response to it being slutty, most people run around the their minds made up already in regards to certain topics. They are just looking for an excuse to say the things they have programmed themselves to believe "Hey I see her skin, she's slutty. " "Look at that guy, he has on glasses, what a nerd. " People like that are better off ignored and pitied. Just remind yourself that you'll probably never see/meet them again in your lifetime.

Well depends on who you are, and who you are trying to attract. Sure cleavage will attract a lot of guys attention. But is that really the attention you want? I think girls can dress comfortable, sexy, and sassy, and still not dress slutty. But that's just me.

I never said you did. And if it sounded like that, I apologize. My whole point is that some girls dress slutty to get guys attention. And sure, anytime there is cleavage, guys will look. But I think there is such thing as positive attention and negative attention. Girls that have cleavage might be fun to look at, and not to date. But that's just my opinion. - A month ago

Some fashionistas may argue that when showing a lot of leg one should cover up more on top or vice versa. If you're showing a lot on top (arms, back, cleavage, w/e) you should cover up more your bottom half. They say it's sexier and leaves more to the imagination plus looks more put together and fashionable.
However, not everyone follows those rules or is trying to be a fashion plate all the time. Summertime is approaching, if you look good in it, work it. Just get ready for the leering men in cars. It's great when they're young, cute guys who whistle or whatever. I t's so gross when an old guy does it though, so be warned :P
No I think it's fine. You also have more leeway because it's summertime - no one expects you to be all covered up. As long as you don't have your bra peeking out you wouldn't look slutty

What is your favorite outfit for a night out with friends?
Has to be a dress that goes above the knees so it's not long or not mini short. Also gorgeous & different but not like a prom dress. I'd wear high heels with it and accesorize it with bangles or a belt maybe, depending how plain the dress is. An example of my style would be Sienna Miller meets Nicole Richie! Clothes don't have to be tight or low cut to look hot!
