Well, my guess is that it might, but it also might not. Is it an extremely hard email address to memorize, or extremely easy? If your email was userhtnjj833090945@mail.com, then it shows that he was very careful to be able to memorize it exactly, in which case it likely means that he is interested at least a little. If your email is user1@mail.com, then anyone could memorize it without much thought or intention.
I'd recommend looking for other clues to see if he likes you: whether he takes time to talk with you, smiles a lot around you, etc.

What is your favorite outfit for a night out with friends?
A pair of Comfortable jeans, tight although somewhat baggy shirt. a pair of tennis shoes, unless flip flops go better with the outfit. a small but yet cute purse to carry all my things that I must have with me at all times. And maybe a jacket if it supposed to get cold.
How do you style your hair and do your make-up?
Maybe in a bun, but if I'm in a good mood ill let my hair down and straighten it. my make-up would have to be simple. Nothing over dramatical. A light pinkish-purple eyeshadow, dark blue eyeliner, lip gloss (cherry), and a light layer of cover up cause I don't want to cover all my natural look.
