Depends on the relationship. Last time I said I love you to a guy, I accidentally said it. I mean, I felt it, but was not ready to say it yet. After I said it, I said, oops, sorry. And my boyfriend, said, "that's ok I love you too" I was relieved.
Well it depends on whether you think he is ready because you don't want to freak him out but how long have you been going out and my boyfriend told me he loved me 5 months into the relationship and I was also worried because I didn't want to say it to him but once he did I felt so much more comfortable with saying it to him. Let's see I think that the night would start out by going out for supper in a nice restaurant where I could wear a cute little dress with heels. After that maybe go out dancing is a club then a nice walk afterwards.
