Ok, so after you have been seeing someone a while, when is the appropriate time to change your Facebook or Myspace status to reflect that you are now "in a relationship" and not "single"

Is it after the first date?
The Second?
After the first kiss?
After you meet the parents?

When is the currently "accepted" time to change your online status?

You take this facebook shit way too seriously, and I know other people who do the same thing. If it really matters, and you don't know what to do about it, ask her "do we agree to date only each other exclusively? " With the answer to that question you'll know a lot more than simply what to do with your facebook profile.

Let's simplify this.

We will use cameras as our examples. Dating is like a snapshot of an event. You simply enjoy it at that moment. You don't anticipate, you don't worry, you simply enjoy the moment.

A relationship is like a video. You appreciate the entire set of events prior, during, and after special moments. It's a series of snapshots over a period of time, not just one specific moment.

Ask yourself this. Did you enjoy her company, and did she enjoy your company? If the answer is yes, leave it at that. Enjoy the moment. Don't anticipate or worry about being boyfriend or girlfriend. When you both decide that your relationship with each other is like a video and less like a snapshot, then you're moving on to something.

When you both realize that you enjoy each other's company exclusively, then you are considered dating and in an actual relationship. My answer is somewhere in there.

I'd say after you guys get close, and let each other know you are going to try and make a relationship happen. I'm in the same situation, but I can't wait to change that status to "in a relationship" man its gonna rock

Guys: Do you really fall in love with a girl?
lvrgirl2011 asked 2 days ago

Yes, I've been in love.

No, I've never been in love.

I'm scared to love someone.

LOVE is an over-used word that doesn't have meaning.

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I'm not usually a "pickup line" kind of guy. I just try to start a conversation just about life in general and see if we share the same interests. I'd tell them what I enjoy doing and about my pets and gauge their reaction.

How do they typically respond?
I've never had a girl blow me off. They'll usually talk for quite sometime.

Do I have the right approach?
