Yes. struggle dun make your self esteem better. it will just wear you out. and make you feel worse. I overcome by knowing my self and learn to work with what you have. believe it or not you will discover you have more gifts than you think.
Yes. And still am. Especially after this break up. I haven't found a way to overcome it yet. I tried talking to my friends about it, but no one believes me. I guess, I hide my low self esteem, and lack of confidence to everyone. It really sucks, and if anyone out there has any advise on how to gain self esteem, especially after a break up, please tell me :(
I agree hanjieunx but it's harder for me because all of my really close friends (which are all of my friends) live in Lewistown, Montana. It's the smallest town in Montana but it's super pretty and it's an amazing town, anyway I live in Washington and where I live in washington is 8 hours away from all of my friends so it's kinda hard and I have always had low self-esteem and low confidence in myself but I have gotten SOOO much better and I have lots more confidence and self-esteem.
I've always had a low self-esteem. to this day it's still hard for me to not say something negative about myself but since losing weight and getting a boyfriend, I have a lot more confidence. i've read a lot of positive things about a lot of stuff that describes me and that has given me a confidence boost also. I haven't overcame it completely yet, but i'm getting there.
I have huge struggles with self-esteem and confidence to this day. I haven't really overcome it, but I find it really helps if you can talk to your good friends about it. Your friends will be honest, sincere reinforcer. And on those few days that you do feel good self-esteem, it is important to seize the moment and make that day all it can be!
