I have a really close guy friend and we have been friends for years. He just recently told me that he loves me. I tried to tell him that I don't like him and that I love my boyfriend very much and we've been through pics, and other things in some of my other? 's. I practically chickened out though. He really likes me, and I don't know how I tell him without hurting him really bad. I would do anything for my boyfriend, and my friend would do anything for me. How come he still likes me if he knows he'll never get me? Is it just the thought of being with me that he loves? Did I mention that my guy friend and my boyfriend hate each other.
Ah tough question. Friends Only girl/ guy relationships just doesn't usually work ONCE the "L" word comes out unless both are still comfortable about the relationship. I have a friend who is a girl and yes I love her (even though I also have a girlfriend). Her Boyfriend hates me too. LOL. So I know where you are coming from as her Boyfriend views me as his competition. I say tell him the truth. That you like him a lot but you also love your Boyfriend and will not be leaving him.
Telling him flat out you love your boyfriend might not be good idea since they hate each other. I think gently say stuff like "we are friends right? " if he doesn't get what that mean then add something like I like you as a friend(what girl usually say when they reject a guy XD), and why he have feelings now maybe because time passes he took the wrong path and pass the friendship limit with you, which happen a lot to "best opposite sex friend" guy like girls, girl like guys its totally normal that you want more then just friendship when you want to care about that person as much as you could.
Wow..thats quite a love triangle, tell him that although he is like picture perfect, I can't see us in a relationship and you and your boyfriend have been together so long and you're pretty sure there is someone whos just perfect out there looking for you too, give him hope that although you and him can't be together, there is someone who can be with him. You could probably even set him up with one of your girlfriends or any nice girl you know of who's available you know he would like and she's like him back.
Okay well this sounds like a pickle of a situation. I think you should just let him down gently but make sure you point comes across, in my experience guys feel like they will have a chance so they keep trying and won't give up, he most likely thinks that your boyfriend will be gone sooner or later so he will get his chance. The thing is if your boyfriend and your bff don't get along that's not such a great thing eventually one or the other is going to make you choose.

What is your favorite outfit for a night out with friends?
Something cute but not slutty, like a black mini skirt then a fancy party shirt. I love hipster jeans (I don't get muffin rolls =]) with either layerd camis and shirts or just one dressy top. If it's formal I like dresses but I'm really particular on the style for the occasion. I always make sure everything coordinates, including accessories =]. I like cute vests and belts too.
How do you style your hair and do your make-up?
I have short hair (shorter than in the pic now, mid-neck) which I usually leave down with a headband that matches the outfit as an accessory, not pushed back to keep my bangs out of my face. I usually do a little colored eyeliner only on the bottom lid (again, to match the outfit) and mascara. Lipgloss, but only clear. I don't like when girls have an insane amount of makeup on--it looks trashy.
