I know this may sound cliche, but -- be yourself. That is all you can do. This girl will have to come around in time. Perhaps she will come to notice something about you that she likes. Be confident, be comfortable in your own skin. Don't rush anything --- let time do its thing. I know you may not want to hear that, but its the best thing to do.
Sorry you may not get a chance. If she doesn't like you then she may just want you to be her friend and that's all. If she another guy don't try to break them up the other guy would probably not like that. Just be her friend.
Ok unless your a player and are good at stealing another mans woman, best advice I can give you is be her friend, problem with that is if you become her friend while she has a boyfriend then you will stay a friend to her that's it, so what I suggest is go find a girl who's single there's tons of them out there. Plus say you get her to cheat on her boyfriend with you, and then she breaks up with him and you become boyfriend and gf, well if you got her to cheat then some other can get her to cheat on you, so like I said don't mess with this one its not worth it.
