He flirts with me all the time in class well we flirt with each-other all the time in class but outside of class he won't even talk to me. My aunt and my mom say he is shy or to shy to talk to me outside of class like in the hallway, but he has never seemed to be that way with other girls. Does that mean what they are saying is wrong if so what is the problem?

Maybe he just thinks of you and him as friends. (kinda sucks) but maybe he's just not picking up on the hint that you like him maybe try to be more clear.
