I've liked this guy all school year, and recently we started hanging out more. We had dinner and stuff and then one night he came over and watched a movie. After the movie we started kissing which turned into making out, so I made myself believe that this meant he had feelings for me. But, he is a really flirtatious guy that a lot of girls like, so I'm wondering if he was just using me for a make out session or if he actually has feelings for me? He keeps saying that we are going to hang out again, and tomorrow is the last day before we leave for summer break. After that we will be at different schools (im transferring) but still have chances to see each other a lot. So, the question is, do I tell him that I have feelings for him, and if I do, do you think that anything can come of this since we will be apart next year?
You really need to give time to this, you need to see if he will carry on the relationship after you move school/on break, If he doesn't then he might be using you. Since he's a flirty guy and a lot of girls likes him, I say take care of what he will do next "hung out", He sounds a bit creepy(planned to do something) when he keep saying we will hung out again, I mean is he just trying to have sex with you because of you transferring?
It is regrettable that you waited an entire year to get involved with him otherwise you would have had more time to know if he's just using you for a booty call. I'm going out on a limb here and say that fate just messed this one up. But BugginMint said to wait until you get settled into your new college. If anything, at least you had good sex with a man you selected carefully in comparison to some complete stranger.
Wait till you get to the new college and meet new people. Unless you are right close by, it will never work. Unless he specifically said he was interested or has shown lots of interest, he was probably just trying to hook up.
If a lot of girls like him then he could make out with any of them. But he choose you so I think he mite have some feelings for you. And he wants to get to know you better

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
Well, as a first date goes...it might sound cliche`, but I enjoy a movie and dinner. Another fun thing would be a carnival or fair.
As for clothes? Also depends on where/what we're doing. I'd probably go with jeans and a nice shirt.
Date ends...with a small and sweet kiss? Hmm, yes. That sounds good...I thinks.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
He might know my interests, what I do as hobbies. The types of movies and music I enjoy. He'll see that I'm not super high maintenance and don't look like a walking art piece with a ton of makeup layered on me.
