So one of my friends pretty much set me up on a blind date. I had never met this girl before or talked to her, only saw pictures of her. But I gave her a call and asked her to lunch, she suggested Panera, I met her there and bought her lunch, we sat at Panera for 4 hours and talked. I have her phone number and her myspace name. I left her a Message on Myspace saying I had a good time meeting her and she responded saying she had a good time as well. But my question is. What do I do now? We went to lunch on Tuesday and have not talked since then. Should I call her, Text her, ask her to do something? I don't want her to think I'm stalking her! But I don't want to wait to long and have things just stall out. I have never had this problem arise before, because I have never met a stranger like this before. I'm into this girl and need to know what to do!?
Don't be too nervous about it. Definitely call her sometime soon, if she likes you too she'll be glad you called, if she's not interested, well, she can just refuse. Anyway she's most likely expecting you to call, because a) you're the guy and are supposed to do it first b) even if she doesn't like you she would still prefer you to like her. So she won't be thinking you're stalking her unless you call like 5 times. And for me personally texting would be a better option. I mean I'd probably like to receive a message rather than have to talk over the phone.
You've definitely waited long enough to avoid the 'stalkerish' comment (so long as you don't call her an inordinate amount of times), and given that you talked for quite a bit longer than it took to have lunch, she probably found your company nice, at least.
Text her (so she's not pressed into replying to you immediately), and ask her along to coffee, or some such. As the others have said, odds are that if she's interested, she's waiting on you to take the opportunity to make the next move.
So your friend set you up on a blind date. And you had a good time, and she says she did, too. She could be thinking "Well, do I call him or wait, hmm? " so don't get too nervous. You never know what someone else is thinking. But I would just call her tomorrow. I would watch/ do/ or hang out with someone/something funny, just to put me in a good mood. And humor is usually a good ice breaker. And the right friend can help you make it seem like it it isn't a big deal or anything, I mean you're just calling her to hang out again. It's only a phone call.
When you were younger, you probably prank called people you didn't know. It's just a phone call. All the tension is built up within the first few calls. (lol, I don't want you to prank her, it just an example of getting over nerves, over the phone). This is just a blind date, you're either going to have chemistry and date/whatever, or be friends, or worst case - you probably won't see her very often because she wasn't your friend in the first place. You never met/talked to her before a few days to a few weeks ago. So if it doesn't work out, it's not that big of a deal. So there's no reason not to be yourself and be relaxed and not nervous. And you know you had a good time, so build on that, and keep having a good time.

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
My ideal first date would be to do something my date and I like. So if my date is into sports, we could go to a basketball or football game and since I'm a movie freak we could go to the movies afterwards and then finish up with dinner. I would wear casual clothes, jeans and a nice t-shirt. The date could end at my doorstep, the next date he might be able to come in.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
Afterwards, my date would know a lot about. They would know about what I like to do for fun, they would know my favorites. I would tell them about my family and my lifestyle. I won't tell everything because there wouldn't anything left to tell on the next date.
