How can I get girls to ask me out?

Sorry, but you can't make hot girls ask you out. You're gonna need to get to know them and ask them out. Why should they ask you out when they have so many options?

Truthfully, hot girls are usually too proud to ask a guy out because they are so used to the guys doing all the work. Eye contact is good tho, don't seem desperate and act a little shy, that always gets me, shy guys are always cute, arrogance is a real turn off.

The guy does the asking most of the time. So stop waiting around and ask them.

Learn the subtle art of making "indirect" compliments (not "I like your hair/eyes/outfit", but "I so rarely meet a girl that is both smart and pretty. Are you any good at fractions?" It will take her a moment to realize that you just called her pretty. That gets you extra points for catching them off guard.

Also girls like to be "noticed". Don't stare, but let her "catch" you admiring her legs/feet/breasts (only if you know she's proud of them - and don't stare). Then look in her eyes and smile. If she smiles back, or suddenly gets nervous (talks to you without looking at you) or timid (her eyes look down), you are obliged to follow up with a compliment, or at least some general commentary like "Did I see you yesterday at...?" or if you know her just say hey. A lame but still effective comment would be "Do you come here often?" She'll know you're not very creative, but at least you're not creepy. Your window of opportunity is limited. If she catches you checking her out a third or fourth time without any conversation, you become increasingly "creepy" to her (it's a very fine line for them). If she walks away, chances are she's not interested (today).

Also realize that girls ask guys out differently. They might stand in your general area looking good. Frequently they will talk louder (to their girlfriends), laugh, or maybe even dance around you. They might kick a shoe off partially, look in your eyes or at your lips when they talk to you, talk about their weekend or things they like to do. It is up to you to close the deal.
