What is the most important personality trait you look for in a guy?

Honesty and humor.

He has to have a sweet/nice personality, I like it when he flirts and teases me and for us to be able to laugh lots together and honesty. I find that a guy with a sweet/nice personality is the most attractive because his personality shines through in his face. As soon as I notice a great looking guy has more of an aggressive, cold, ignorant, arrogant or mean personality, he actually doesn't seem attractive to me any more.

His morals. I'm kinda old fashioned and he has to respect me. I'm a woman, one of the best things that walk this earth. All ya'll guys would be bored if it weren't for us and vice versa. I respect you, you respect me.

Sweet and courteous with a sense of humor who will push me around a bit, too. A little jerk in a guy shows that he's honest and true because he'll say what's on his mind no matter what his girlie thinks. But most of all, I need him to let me know that he's all about me, not a player.

Sense of Humor but sweet!

Depend on the girl's experience. I thought I found the perfect guy, sweet, funny, honest, loving, caring, etc... I was for sure this is the one who will never break my heart. Wrong. When a guy is that perfect, he get confuse very easily and very easily being manipulate by others. Soon, everything else hold higher priority than you although he swear that you're the most important thing to him...

So now, I hate nice guys, at least with jerks I know how they are ahead of times.
