I agree with 'mystery123", her answer is an excellent summary of the color/personality match as expressed in clothing. I would add 'serious' to the black category... a lady in black wants to be taken seriously.

I would go to a nice restaurant that's not too fancy. A nice button down shirt, jeans, shoes, the good stuff. The date would end with me bringing her to her door and a hug, maybe a kiss.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
She'll know what I like, what my hobbies are, and other things along those lines.
