I think the best way to find out if there is any other flirting with other girls going on is to observe him when he's with other girls. This would work best if it's a group. Simply be observant. I would think that he does flirt with other girls, but only observation will tell for sure.

I agree with crazyace on the whole getting him alone thing. Only then will he feel truly comfortable to make a move.

But be careful, because if he is flirting with other girls and asks you out then it might just because he considers you to be the best available to him at that point in time. Make sure he's not playing you.

Haha this is great, Of course he does it with other girls, he isn't committed yet. So any girl he finds attractive or interesting he will flirt with! But it does not mean he doesn't like you as much as you like him. Best way to find out is to get him alone, where he can make his moves, without worrying about anyone else and see what happens, If nothing happens, than give it another try another time.

If you talk for hours, there is a good sign that he likes you. Most people don't spend hours a day talking to someone that is just a "friend." You might not want to just come right out and ask where your relationship stands.... it might just be taking him a little while to get the courage to talk to you about it. Plus, it also depends on if you've given him any signs if you like him or not. He might not want to stick his neck out there if he's unsure how YOU feel.
