Do you think cleaning discs for CD players work? I've got one that I used a couple of years ago for my car's CD player, but the player broke shortly after I used it. Made me suspicious.
My current CD player acted a little funny this morning (showed the track but didn't catch) and then worked well this evening. Not sure that I want to try cleaning it, since, coincidence or not, the previous one broke last time I did that.
I've always had them work, my dad has also always used them on his DVD player and Play station and worked out wonderfully. I think the only reason it be would be what David said, and maybe if you touched it after smudging it? Or maybe its the CD you are cleaning with itself? Are the little thingies still stuck to it? Can't be sure, best of luck!
My CD cleaner worked pretty good. The only things you have to worry about is making sure you get all of the fluid off of the CD or DVD before you use it, and making sure that you read the instructions and clean the disks properly. Of course, some CDs just get scratched up too much for these things to work. In my experience though, they don't cause damage to CD players unless the cleaning fluid is left on the disk when you put it in.

My ideal of a first date with someone would have to be us hanging out at an amusement park like six flags or seaside heights and get on rides all night long. then we'd eat at some easy restaurant like mccie ds or taco bell ( my favorite!! ) and then we'd go to his or my house and watch a movie or just hang out.to end the night with a delicious kiss good night!

I'm easy going and you don't have to spend a lot of money to hang with me. I'm a very simple date.
