Well I'm from Albania and last year I went to visit...i met a guy which I liked then but I don't really like him now. He is sweet and tells me he loves me but I don't trust him because he might just be doing it so I can marry him and bring him here to America. Do you think I should break it off since I don't like him or wait and see if I go back this year and see if it will go anywhere?

That's always a possibility; however you say you don't like him, so why not listen to your own heart? it seems already that you know the answer; if you feel he is not right for you, then don't pursue this any longer. You're too young to be having long term relationships, anyway.

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I don't use any pick up lines at all, normally some good jokes and a nice smile work pretty well (having my dog with me doesn't hurt either ;) ).
How do they typically respond?
I'd say 99% of the time, they come to me, and from there I start a convo about w/e and they go along with it
