I wouldn't suggest going and giving he a love note. It sounds like you haven't talked to her yet so you should start out there. If you talk to he it will make her feel good because it'll be like your reading her signs. Girls liked to be pursued so that would gain you some points. After ya'll have grown comfortable with talking to each other then you can move on but don't send her a love note yet. It'll make he feel good but then she wouldn't know what to say to you in return.
