I also think you should think more about non-talking flirting moves. Obviously you're going to want to talk to her. But if she's having a hard time with talking, try to build excitement in other ways. Eye contact from across the room and responding physically to something the teacher says (like pretending to shoot yourself with a finger gun if you get bored) will be great. The best way to pull her out and make her talk louder is to stand further away like four feet so that she has to talk louder and then ask her questions about how long she's been going to your church or something. Bring up a school basketball game that she might have gone to.
