This guy tell my friend that he like me but why he seldom call me out (about 1 time for 3 weeks) and each time he call me out is with a group of friends (not 1 by 1)? He also didn't call me for chatting. Is he really like me or not? What's he mean?
I think he wants to take his time instead of rush things like some other people do. Though I do think he should spend more time with you. It would be safe to say that if you are dating than you should be able to call him. I'm sure you know that you should call non-stop but have to restate it anyway. Talk to him, just for fun. If he seems to be interested in the conversations than it's a good sign. If he sounds distant than theirs something he's trying to put in front of talking to you. I'm not sure if that makes much sense but when you call him you'll understand.

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
For me the first date is about getting to know the other person. I prefer a quiet venue, a place like a coffee shop or a dignified restaurant.
I dress well on first dates, wearing a nice shirt and jacket, sometimes with matching slacks, other times with jeans.
The date ends with a hug or a kiss (or both); I want to connect emotionally before going further.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
She will know that I'm funny, smart, and interesting. She will know a little about my career, my family, and my life, without too much information (to be boring or overly personal) being given on any subject.
She will also know that I'm a good listener, someone who has an interest in what she has to say (provided that it isn't boring or creepy!)
