Ok I have gone for the same type of guys... baggy clothes hard guys some what trouble makers... I don't know why they attract me or whatever but yet when someone who ask me what I look for in a guy I describe the total opposite but yet I'm scared to pursue something with a type of guy like that.
You're probably scared because you haven't tried it yet. Many things are scary before you do them, but you quickly get over it when you jump into it and just do it. If you know you want to date a winner, just make yourself available to them, and sooner or later you will have one, as long as you try. ;-)
Hey girl. Not an uncommon trend. Bad boys are hot and, although sometimes they're also asses, they give the appearance of the knight in shining armor. I think all girls have a secret wish to be rescued. On the other side, guys have the same thoughts about women too. I love the hot girl that looks great in a bikini, acting all sexy. Basically arm candy. But the women I would actually be with is not like that. She wants all the same things I want and we have many life goals in common. I guess we all hope to meet the girl, or the guy in your case, that has the qualities of both. Unfortunately, that combination is hard to find. Lets face it. There are three types of guys. In combination, some are good for your head, some for your heart, and some for your body. The bad boy cannot be trusted with your heart. And that is the most lasting of all three.
Easy answer, your a woman. You don't know what you want. Girls always like the bad boys and when you get them you think you can change them into something else which never happens. I'm not saying this for all women. But most.
I read your comment. There is nothing wrong with going for guys that have good jobs, or money. As long as your goal is to be successful in what you do, it doesn't matter. Heck, many guys that are working don't meet single girls cause they don't have the time to go out, or they are working too much, or everybody they are working with is already in a relationship, so truly, don't waste your opportunity! Just go for it, and yea, keep your previous with the losers, to yourself! :d
"nice" guys can fall into a situation similar to this. They always go after the bad girls because they want to save them from the horrible situations they are in.
Best advice. Realize you are doing well for yourself, and that your partner should be someone of equal or greater caliber. Don't try to date someone in order to save them or try to change/mold them into what you think they could be. Appearances can be deceiving, but you can get a good idea of where someone is headed by analyzing their actions.
I'm the same exact way! I've noticed that I always tell myself I would like someone who is on at least the same level as me (can drive, in college, wants kids) and so on. But somehow... I end up with the guys who are jerks and trouble makers. I've learned that I need to get to know the guy... inside out before I actually date them. For example... I liked this guy at my school and I kinda told myself no...no... lol and over the past 2 weeks I've seen what a loser he has really turned into. It's not being attracted to them that's the problem... its getting to know them. So, my advice... really get to know the guy and think about the pros and cons of him. Why you would and wouldn't want him in your life. Doing this will open your eyes to realize who is your type and whose not. As for dating someone your type, you may be scared because you will feel like you are lower then they are or feel not good enough. It's a negative thought. Stop thinking that and just go for it!!! :) I hope I helped you and lets try to avoid the jerks together. lol
Thats exactly how I feel. Like if I go for the other type there going to have a good job which I don't and they are going to have everything and money I mean my family has money. I should just go for it. What do I have to lose really? - 5 months ago
What I mean by that is. For example some people believe in God and that he created everything, and a bunch of different beliefs like that but I'm...

What is your favorite outfit for a night out with friends?
Nothing too 'try hard'. Probably a simple - figure flattering dress, which falls just above the knee, and a pair of cute heels. A simple bracelet and stud earrings.
How do you style your hair and do your make-up?
I wear minimal make-up, often none, but if I do it's just simple mascara and lip balm. My hair would be down in loose, natural looking curls.
A guy I met in a bar in college took me out for a few casual drinks on our first date. I was nervous but he seemed really nice. As the wine and the conversation flowed, we decided to move on to...
Over the years, I probably, like most other men, have been on the receiving end of man-bashing resentments. Nothing quite like women having the gumption in telling me in my face how much I am a loser...
