I have been with someone for four great months, we have fun with each other and everything has been great. Until the other day. His wife called and he asked about the divorce papers and she said that she hadn't filed yet. They have been married less than a year and she cheated on him, how do I know that he won't just go back to her?
You might just have to trust him on this one. You don't want to get yourself too into his past relationship because you will psyche yourself out. If he asked about the papers, then he most likely wants them filed. If you are very worried about it, tell him! Ask him if he wouldn't mind keeping you updated with the divorce so that you can feel more comfortable being with him.
