I've been dating this guy for a four days and everything is great and stuff.. until last night when we went to a local baseball game he was all distant and hardly was paying attention to me at all. I almost left at first because he was off doing his own thing. and my friend let him know what was going on and that he should pay a little more attention to me. so then we hang out for a while and then I leave to get some clothes and to come back. and when I came back he wasn't here and when I called him he thought I ditched him when really I was just going to get clothes and got the wrong message. he said he was would call me back later that night but didn't. and he hasn't called me today? do you think he is lost cause or should I wait and see what happens?
If you have only been dating for four days I very much doubt he has had time to lose interest. You have to seem busy and not desparate. You can let him know that you still have interest in him, but you have to let him think that he has to put some effort in if he wants to keep you.
If you come across as needy or desparate he will either take advantage of this and just see you when he feels like it, or he will get scared off.
Just keep yourself busy, see your friends and let him know that you have a life that doesn't revolve around him. By this guy's behavior at the baseball game it sounds as if you should be keeping your options open anyhow.
Maybe he has lost interest. OR maybe he right now is busy with some trouble in his mind. Try to get him once more and confront him with the final question.
like the others have said don't chase him, you make yourself seem to eager if you keep calling/texting at this point. have NO contact with him and he'll either come back if he was interested or if he doesn't... well you deserve much better anyway x
Dont wait around for a guy. It sounds like he lost interest but he is the one who missed out. See what happens but keep your options open. If you've only been dating 4 days and he's already acting like that I wouldn't worry about him.
