How old are you and your boyfriend and what do your arguments tend to be about? The specific reason or subjects and his replies are a good indication of where a problem and even the relationship may be leading.
It has to be a small underlying issue that you guys aren't dealing with. My boyfriend of a year and 5 months and I went through that. We realized the problem and haven't argued since. DEAL with the ISSUE`
If there is not a little friction in the relationship, and the relationship is too perfect it will get boring. Just make sure you guys can laugh about it later instead of holding a grudge or something.
From my experience I can not tell you why you argue a lot, but I can tell you that it will never change. Me and my ex constantly pushed each others buttons because we knew how to do it.

EVERY couple has issues, even if they just started going out or if they have been going out for a couple years it's all part of life, just go with the flow and TRY hard not to fight with him, it can lead you guys to a major break up!
Boyfriends and girlfriends argue all the time. Mostly because guys hate being wrong so they argue their points on everything, even if it's a losing battle. When you've known someone for a long time it's easy to pick arguments because being around eachother a lot can lead up to that kind of stuff.

I think waiting can be really really good - but it has nothing to do with "until I'm married" but just until you're ready to make it a part of an already healthy relationship.
