Well be yourself as anybody especially girls can tell when you are not yourself and why would you want to date a girl who doesn't like you for who you are. Girls like when you respect them. If you're friendly around them and are trying to get to know them a little they will like that. Just relax when you're around them because there is nothing to worry about. Oh yeah a few compliments won't hurt if you truley mean them. Now I don't know exactly what you mean by right girl if you mean like your true love I have no idea I'm in the same boat as you.
