So I'm with my boyfriend who is really insecure about me cheating on him with my ex. However he cheated on his first girlfriend twice, and his second girlfriend as well. He insists that he will not cheat on me ever and I trust him. However, he doesn't trust me very much no matter how many times I have assured him that I would not cheat on him with anyone. Why is he so insecure about me? I mean it's not like I cheated with anyone before.

It think it's just his nature to be doing that, perhaps he has more feelings for you than any other girl in the past, and he doesn't want to lose you. His cheating in the past makes him think now that you, too, maybe going out with other guys. He just doesn't understand; I think in this case you gotta persuade him that you are not a cheater or just deal with him being like that, though that would be annoying :P
