I love my girlfriend I really do but for some reason she is really insecure and she has gone through a lot in her life and she has the feeling that she is not making me happy and just for the fact that she thinks that she has stopped doing the things that did make me happy like she thinks she is not good enough for me so she does not try anymore so then it causes arguments how can I make her confident again and how can I make her understand how happy she used to make me so she starts being the person she was again
She used to be happy and flirty and caring and loving but now she seems colder and bitchier and sad and she tells me that she does not feel like she is making me happy so she stops being all loving and happy then she behaves different and that's when I don't like it as much which causes problems
I need help please anything would be helpful

I was the same way with my now ex. Make sure you respect her. Don't talk about how think other girls are attractive. Compliment her too. The thing is you can't solve this problem for her. Just let her know that you value her as a person. She has to be happy with herself first. Maybe she should take the spiritual route. You could always pray for her. I hope she overcomes this.

Don't check out girls in front of her, compliment her and make her feel beautiful. Tell her how happy she makes you and why you choose to be with her over anyone else in the world. What is your favorite outfit for a night out with friends?
A pair of Comfortable jeans, tight although somewhat baggy shirt. a pair of tennis shoes, unless flip flops go better with the outfit. a small but yet cute purse to carry all my things that I must have with me at all times. And maybe a jacket if it supposed to get cold.
How do you style your hair and do your make-up?
Maybe in a bun, but if I'm in a good mood ill let my hair down and straighten it. my make-up would have to be simple. Nothing over dramatical. A light pinkish-purple eyeshadow, dark blue eyeliner, lip gloss (cherry), and a light layer of cover up cause I don't want to cover all my natural look.
