I was seeing a guy for 4 months. He was after a nasty break up so we were on and off. One day he asked if we could give a things a go as a couple. I agreed.It was all great for a while, then he went off again. He texted one day to say that he won't see me that weekend because he was ill. I didn't believe that and know it was not true. I flipped out and said to him that I know it because she has been back in touch back with him about some things to sort out. I never heard from him again. It had been two months. I need some closure here. Should I ask him or leave it? I tried to contact him twice week after he took off... nothing
You need closure -- that's obvious.
That said, he doesn't sound like a pillar of the community where honesty is concerned.
Make yourself a ceremony that's meaningful to you. Like burning things you have that remind you of him. Schedule a drive-by... (No, not really. That's police humor.)
