Do you think confidence is important in a girl?

Its important for girls, it's important for guys, it's important everyone.

I personally feel that it is very important for a woman to have confidence in a relationship. If the girl doesn't have the confidence to call the guy she likes to talk, then how would she ever have the confidence to confront him about an issue if a relationship ever formed? She most likely wouldn't, which would make communication harder. I like girls who will text me and flirt with me if they have some interest, and I return the favor if I genuinely have an interest in them. Girls can't just go along and expect the guys to text/call them all the time. Most guys don't like talking on the phone anyways, but will do so if they like you. If I like a girl and I text her a few times first, I expect that if she has interest in me that she will return the favor by either texting me first sometimes or calling me to talk for a little bit. In a relationship you should feel confident that your boyfriend will appreciate it if you call him, but in the courting phase I do admit that I like shy girls because I'm accustomed to their subtle reactions and know what it is they want to say. And it's cute.
