I used to get so nervous all the time around guys I liked. But I got over it because I realized that we're all just people & there's no need to be afraid or nervous. But a year ago I met this guy who is so awesome that trying to describe him on here just wouldn't do him justice. We're very good friends and we've made out twice. I think it's going to turn into something sooner or later.
Here's the problem: my nervousness is back TWICE as bad as it ever was. I'm not even kidding when I say this. Whenever I call him, my heart is pounding in my ears before he's even picked up, and when I hear his voice it takes all my energy to keep my voice steady. When he touches me, I'm very serious when I say the butterflies fluttering around in my stomach are actually painful. It's ridiculous how nervous he makes me and he's the only guy with the power to do it. What does this mean? And how do I just freaking RELAX when I'm with him?
Also . . . my friend has this theory that I'm in love with him. I've never been in love. Is this how it's supposed to feel?
okay I've never heard this coming from a girl, usually guys are this way around girls they're IN LOVE WITH! lol... but non the less here's what you have to realize... he's a guy. Which means he msot likely wants you twice as bad as you want him. Aye I can't explain it, it's just our sex drive. lol... come on, you heard those statements about how much in a day the average man thinks about sex or females in general? but to be relaxed around dude more, just ignore him. don't try'n start up no generic ass conversation and let him do it. because when he does, that should let you know that he's into you as well and the feelings you have for him are mutual. so that and in threw time and being around dude enough your stomach should start to calm down lol... or you can just find something about dude IF YOU CAN lol.. that you don't like and think about it when ever he approaches u. for example if I worked with a girl that I thought was perfect, just to calm my nerves around her I'll think to myself she's probley being fake nice to me, she's probley stuck up, or racisit just anything... it doesn't have to be true but somewhat believable in your mind to make him seem like more less of a god to you. that's all I got_1
