4ME even if your just of friend of mine you even think about getting with one of my exes I'll beat the crap out them. If it was a relative it would hurt more but they will still get beat up :) Relatives and friends exs off limits have some respect

Yes it's a bad thing all around. You would be pissed if she did that to you. There are plenty of guys in the world that you don't need to go for an ex of your sister. Girls always get pissed about one of their friends liking an ex. So why would it be any different for you?

Most likely it is pretty bad for her. But I would say it depends on several factors: the relationship between those sisters, the kind of relationship that the sister had with her ex, and how she feels about him now. Anyway, before taking any actions about the boy your friend should talk to her sister.

I think the answer to this question is obvious. YES, it's not just bad. It's awful and plain disrespectful. How would you feel if your sister was like "Oh, just so you know I'm really into your ex boyfriend. What do you think? "

There are plenty of guys out there who are in no way linked to your sister, go out and meet a few of them and for your sake and your sister's get her ex out of your head. Remember, a sister's bond lasts a lifetime. Relationships come and go. You can hook up with this guy or hell, date him for a few months, maybe even a year or two. It ends and what do you have left? Nothing. Your sister will always be your sister, she will always love you and be there for you (no matter what you may believe or despite any differences/arguments you may have, totally normal between siblings). Can you say the same for some guy?
