Neither. A relationship isn't about control, its about 2 people that want to be together and trying to make it through together no matter what. It takes 2 to tango. That's not just a sexual reference.
For me, I like it to be equal. If I have too much control I get bored. But as long as both are happy with who is having the control, then its all good.
