What if he gets mad over little things?

It is just that, tension and stress. Do not worry your self over it, just let him try and sort the things out. Just tell him that you love him. I know when I am mad or upset, and I hear that. I am a lot more calmer, and then smile. Be there, and help him out if possible. Love will help him the most. :)

When my boyfriend did that to me it was because he was guilty of something or didn't want to really be with me at that moment and would act like this so he could have an excuse to leave. Which I would let him because I would feel bad that he was stressed out with family issues. Then I would find out he wouldn't go home and go out with his guy friends till
late in the a. M. Or the other scenario was he was cheating on me.
Maybe you should suggest a break for awhile and see how he reacts.
