There’s this guy I’ve liked for long and I think he knows. I catch him looking at me now and then but I'm not sure if he likes me. I overheard him & his brothers saying that they don’t like forward girls so asking him if he likes me is kinda out of the question. How else can I let him know I like him or if he likes me?
Well he wouldn't look at you so often if he wasn't interested. The things is a guy won't approach a girl if he's not fairly confident of his position in regards to her feelings. So you need to make it more obvious that you're interested. Eye contact when he looks at you, give him an occasional knowing smile. If you need to get by him give him a light touch or brush by him. Physical contact helps get the message across without saying anything.
