I have a similar relationship with a girl I know. I don't really talk to her when I am seeing some one because I know I have feelings for her too and it wouldn't be fair to talk to both. In all honesty, you need to just say "look, I really think I might like you." If it weirds him out, so what? He will be over it in a few days worst case scenario. Then you never have to wonder again. Odds are, he feels the same way towards you. If you don't take the initiative then who is to say he won't get a girlfriend and leave you in the dust again? But see, guys can't tell a girl they like them otherwise the girl will reject him. Lemme know how it turns out!

You're the one between girlfriends. He needs to commit to you, and you alone.

Well your very first sentence is your problem, and is a lie. You are not best friends. Best friends, are friends and not just pretending to be friends when one or both have real other desires. You have settled for friend but yet you want to hold it against him that he doesn't treat you as more. So when you realize you aren't best friends at all. then all of this confusion will go away. Guys really have a hard time having a girlfriend, and a girl so called best friend, when the so called best friend has feelings for him. THe girlfriends have radar instinct and will see through you faster than you can imagine, and make it difficult for him to have a relationship with them, and with you at the same time. Beyond that, guys with girlfriends frequently want to spend time and energy with the gf's. Whether you were his best guy friend or his best girl friend, he would probably do the same thing. Quit calling him your best friend.

well, this is the exactlly like the story am having...am best friends with this guy..he doesn't have a girlfriend as far I know, although gurls always call him on his cell and there are a bunch of chicks around him...we never talk about it..we never talk about any of this... he treated me like a girlfriend or more than a friend for a year although we never did anything with each other like kissing or any of those stuff, untill I had to move to another countrhy he got emotional and romantic all of a sudden..then when I came back for a visit we made out, majorly and that's it... we never spoke about it he never tells me how he feels about me.. and he always disappears then appear in my life...
when he comes back for me I fall for him, when he isn't there I get over it ..
Its been two years and I've already known him for three so no I gave up and I have this thing for another guy, but somehow for some reason HES BAAAAACK!

i also don't know what to do.. am so deeply in love with him and he has no idea...

I say just move on... if he doesn't take you seriously as the one he wants to be with then the hell with how we feel..and the hell with him you can't wait forever.. WE can't wait forever...

JUST LET GO...or you could tell him how you feel but you might ruin what you have with him and lose him once and for all.. if you really wanna know tell him, if not then just forget about it.. if he wants you he will Evantually tell you...
