The woman I love has two degrees. I'm not at all intimidated by the fact she's smarter than me.

I appreciate a women that has education and applies it to her life; however, it is a tremendous turn off when she tries to be a "know-it-all".

No one (except gods) has the ability to know everything in the world. Einstein was not good with poetry and Romeo wasn't good at curing poison. There are moments in life where we need to accept that we have a limited knowledge. This knowledge comes from a lifetime of learning - there is no way to "blink" and know everything (Atleast, not right now).

Intellectual women make for some great conversations, rarely is time "boring" - also, they seem to have more depth, which is a good thing for many.

define what you mean by "intellectual." because that term can mean different things in different contexts.

in general, though, I'd much rather date a smart girl. I read like a fiend, so I like brainy stuff.

plus, a lot of girls decide to think with their feeling, so it's nice when I meet a woman who can actually think rationally and has a grasp of logic.

Nope, I feel thankful my girlfriend is smarter than me. Takes the pressure of my thinking and choices. :D

Though in honesty not like my IQ is 25 or so. Doesn't matter how smart a person is, just some girls and guys are more educated than others and shouldnt really be lines of feeling bad about yourself.
