All you really can do is talk to a lot of girls and try to find that in one of them. When you do ask her out I'm sure she'll like you.

Actions speak louder than words, you can tell by hangin out with a person. Ask her questions that have to do with your values, if they match your's then she might be what you're looking for. Also tell her directly that this is what you're looking for and see how she responds. Looks like you're looking for the right traits in a girl, and she will be glad to know that. Finally, you need to act this way towards her and she'll give it back to you in response. You sow what you reap.

If there was an easy answer to that question, this site wouldn't exist! :) Keep your eye out and when you find someone interesting, give her the same respect and affection you're looking for. It's gotta be mutual.
