Is it worth staying in a relationship with some one if they are in college?

It doesn't sound like him being in college is the problem here. It sounds more like there are some trust issues between you two. If you can't hang out with your best friend, then I see a problem. Also, if he is taking numbers and hanging out with others girls. Well ALSO a problem.

When guys are in college it typically is a whole new ballgame and the girl left behind could end up hurt. If you love him and trust him, then I see nothing wrong with staying with him even while he is in college. If you think he needs to be free to live the college experience, then let it go. Just depends on the depth of your relationship.
