Hi, there is a woman who has been hitting on me and flirting with me for several years. There is a major mutual attraction between us, but it never seems to go anywhere. I have been too shy to ask her out, but she never initiates anything with me either. I feel like I always have to initiate everything - like asking her out. Lately, she has been seeing a lot of other people, but she always initiates her "dates" with these people! Should I forget about her and start seeing other people?
