You could talk everyday on myspace or anything like that and call each other everyday and maybe his parents could come and get you or they could come over to your place.

Sounds like your mom isn't really helping out with the relationship. You could try meeting up halfway between your houses, weather it be, by riding bikes or walking. Maybe set certain days, like Tuesday and Thursday you guys get together. This way one day he'd drive, the other you'd drive. Maybe your mom would understand something like that.
