So women, you've probably complained before about not being wined and dined and guys you've probably heard it all before. But to everyone, how important is romance in a relationship?
For me, it's not the most important thing in the world. It's more about spending alone time together and making that time for each other. My fiance and I don't romance each other by any means, but we are still extremely happy.
Not so much because it's romance, but because it requires a lot of work, and the time invested really shows how much someone cares. After all it's not easy to get dressed up for dinner, wait for our lady to get ready, then wait some more, and a little more, then make a hot dog because we are hungry, and crap mustard on the shirt. Then we have to cover that up, fight with valets because we accidentally gave them a 50, and not a 5, so on and so forth.
It's all the effort that I really appreciate, and where it leads too isn't too bad either.
That's a different point of view. I never thought about how much time needed to be invested in romance and you're right it really does show that you care. And nice hot dog story. Although, hopefully, that's not the whole work part. ;-) - 4 months ago
I am such a big sucker for a romantic guy. And yes its important for me. Not as important as other things. But it is something that would make me happy. I think that if a guy is romantic. It tells me so much more about his personality and how much he cares about me. I think. If a guy does romantic things for you. It assures you his concern and affection for you. Which is the greatest thing ever and only makes you want to love him more :D
Me and my guy don't really romantic each other much we still have a great time together. We does tell me everyday he loves me and I know he does ones and a while he will cook for me and its totally special. Are sex life still too this day is great we dated for a long time. I think love and sex is very important in a relationship
